This page explains what happens to your details when you contact me. I am Olivia Porter, trading as OP Photography, and I am the data controller for anything you send through this site.
When you fill in the enquiry form I collect your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to put in it — a phone number, your date, your venue, and your message. I use it for one thing: to reply to you and, if you book, to photograph your day. I do not sell it, and I do not pass it to anyone else.
If you leave a review, I keep your name, your rating and what you wrote. Your email address is only used to check the review is genuine and is never shown on the site. Nothing appears publicly until I have approved it.
I keep enquiries for as long as I might reasonably still hear back from you, and booking details for six years afterwards, because HMRC requires business records to be kept that long. Reviews stay up until you ask me to take yours down.
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics. A cookie is only set if you sign in to the admin area, which is just me. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the address you are connecting from — nothing else.
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will sort it out. If you are not happy with how I have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Any questions about this, email opphotography02@gmail.com.
